We recommend you make your focus one of the four foundation habits. These are each a building block. Make strides in these and they quickly pay back the energy invested – and more!

Keep your habit for 21 days, you’ll receive the digital badge for that foundation.

What the challenge is not

Habitmaking is about the amazing experience of really following through on a habit.

If you’re looking for a talking shop or a PhD, that’s not us. 

We’ll provide some guidance on habits, but you’ll most likely already know what would be good for you to do.

Failing that, we can provide some non-controversial, science-led suggestions.

Think “cut out refined sugar” or “three sets of 30 strength reps” or “step out of bed into my trainers and leave the house for 2o minutes exercise”.

Fab fitness

Getting regular exercise is so foundational to everything else and in this programme you’re challenged to simply do that. It’s a fantastic feeling to get on with your day having already given your body what it needs to thrive.  

You’ll learn first about the basics of Habitmaking using our Habits 101,  Buddies 101 and Buddy Calls 101 videos. You’ll now have chosen one or two fitness habits. About one week into this programme, you’ll be matched with a buddy for the remainder of the programme.

Energy nutrition

You can do a degree in nutrition. This is NOT that course. This challenge is about implementing what you already know would benefit you. We’ll provide some simple guidance to non-controversial, mainstream resources, but that the chances are you already have a dozen sensible steps you could take.

You’ll learn first about the basics of Habitmaking using our Habits 101,  Buddies 101 and Buddy Calls 101 videos. You’ll now have chosen one or two energy nutrition habits. About one week into this programme, you’ll be matched with a buddy for the remainder of the programme.

Power sleep

Many of the well-being goals people are served on a plate when we get a good night’s sleep. But the reasons we deny ourselves this can be complex. When we eat, when we use our phones, or that we simply make sleep important all play a role.

Joyfully tidy

Messy homes, untidy accounts, piles of unpaid bills or another something else left messily incomplete. You can almost feel the energy dripping onto the floor. This challenge is about closing those most basic leaks, so your energy is yours again for the tranformation you desire. And as part of the deal: tidy desks, a perfect kitchen work surface, your company expenses all neat and up to date.
